WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?


We ship from our partnered factories located in China. But our shop's currency is in USD though!


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 4 weeks!. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

 

Please pay more attention that:

 

  1. The shipping fee is changed according to the weight of the package.
  2. Since we can't guarantee there will be always tax free, and please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the local handling and tax fees.
  3. We CAN'T ship pacakges to PO Box adresses.
  4. Please do leave us your correct phone number, the express companies won't accept pacakges without phone numbers.
  5. Please place your order with a valid email, the order confirmation, order notices, tracking information and so on will all send to the email you used to place your order.
  6. UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING - If you made a order and your order hasn't shipped out yet and want to upgrade your shipping to express shipping you can email us support@lolilita.com to upgrade.



WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).

We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).
