Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.  
Lolilita™ will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, please place your order with a valid email.  *Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.*  
 Lolilita offer cancellations for orders that have been paid but haven't been shipped yet, but the refunds will accordingly to the different situations:
1) Full refund for orders placed within 24 hrs, and haven't been processed yet.  please contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
2)  No cancellation for shipped out orders.

Order Return

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!

We only accept returns if there are obvious quality problems (which exclude size problems, color problems, and wrong shipping times.)

Returns NOT accepted if returns is dropped off beyond 3 days after delivery date.

1) Please contact us by online chat or email (support@lolilita.com) within 3 DAYS after you received your package if you prefer a return or exchange.
2) Our customer service will send you the returning address if your return is accepted.
* Size not fit is not a quality problem, all the clothes on our website are NOT with standard sizes, but they're true to size, please carefully read the size chart of each item before placing your order. *
3) Please ship out your returned package within 3 days after we accept your return.
4) Please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fees. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. 
5) You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Return Policy:

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.  
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned without the original shoe box.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • No return and exchange for clearance items.
  •  Lingerie, swimsuits, accessories, and bodysuits are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Any reflective clothing are non-returnable and nonexchangeable as the material is very sensitive to body oils and would be unhygienic to be resold.
  • Items must be in original condition; unwashed and unworn. Please provide photos of the front, back, and side. In your package, make sure to provide a note of the order number, full name, email address, and reason for return. 
  • We do not refund postage fees used to ship the product out. We do not take any action on any returned packages that are lost in transit or stolen. Please keep your proof of postage and track your return package.

 

CAN I CHANGE TO OTHER PRODUCTS FOR FREE?


Dear customer, without affecting the resale, we support the exchange within one week after you receive the product, because we are international delivery , you need to pay hipping and tariffs, the shipping and tariffs of each country are different, please contact us email , get the price.
